Happy (belated) Birthday Dave

Happy Non-Birthday Dave!

Well, I had to drop the ball sooner or later... Although I didn't actually forget your birthday Dave, just the quint-essential birthday blog post. When I realized this this morning I contemplated just making a normal birthday post and omitting the 'belated' and 'non', and then changing the date on the post to Dec 27th (Dave's actual birthday) with hope that no one would notice or if anyone did that they'd assume they'd somehow missed the post previously. But I decided three days late was probably too risky - you guys are too intelligent to fall for that. Well some of you are anyway.
