Has anyone else noticed how birthdays and journeys to other continents have become the only things we post about? Well, as no one's left the continent this week, and as I'm still posting, it must be someone's birthday again...
So far this year has been a year of big birthdays - first was Lynn's 4-0, and then Mikey said goodbye to his teenage years. And Neville's son turned 0.
Today's birthday is no different.
In fact, you might actually want to sit down for this one.

Huge birthday wishes are going out to Chloe today as she celebrates her 18th birthday!
Yes, you read it right - 18. When she started working here she'd just finished grade 9. Now she's an official adult.

Enjoy it, until it starts to negatively effect your job, then pull back a bit...and hover at that sweet spot. It's called balance. Handle it with care.
