The "Ballet" of Stompin' Tom

Guest: I saw in the paper a show about Stompin’ Tom. Is it true that it’s going to be a ballet?

BO: Umm no, but we do have “The Ballad of Stompin’ Tom” playing this summer.

Guest: So it’s not going to be a ballet?

BO: No, it’s actually a show that tells the story of Stompin’ Tom Connor’s life through song, but no, not a ballet….

Guest: And it’s playing at the Nash? Where is the Nash? I’ve never heard of that place before!

BO: Well “The Ballad of Stompin’ Tom” will be playing this summer at the MacKenzie Theatre, also known as the MacK.

Guest: Can you spell that please?

BO: Sure, it’s M-A…

Guest: No no dear, it said in the paper it’s playing at the NASH!

BO: Hmm, well it’s possible that it was a misprint. The Ballad of Stompin' Tom will be playing starting July 3rd at the MacKenzie theatre, which is on the corner of University and Grafton.

Guest: Well I could’ve sworn it said a ballet at the Nash!
