Proud Mama

I should have written this post a week ago- but it's a week later now and I'm still impressed!
Saturday, November 26th at 12noon Great Big Sea went on sale at the Box Office. We had a line-up that had started at 11am, a debit machine crisis, 25 phone calls waiting at one point and a fleet of Box Officers ready for the challenge!
To Tara, Rachel, Natasha and Mikey, THANK YOU!
You were awesome with lots of smiles for the customers, patience on the phones and a ton of energy to deal with the busiest hour I can remember. This was like trying to put in an Anne matinee during a rainy morning- BOTH counter and phones were crazy and the supervisor was stuck in the back office! And yet you guys did an incredible job, there were no cranky customers, no orders that you had to put on hold- I am so proud and thrilled to have had you four working with me!
