Upcoming staff meeting - NEW DATE DECIDED
What: BO/Marketing Staff Meeting
When: TUESDAY JANUARY 16TH - 5:30PM
Who: Brenda, new CCOA sales rep - Penny Walsh, and any box officers with input/ideas to contribute
Why: The Marketing dept. would like to hear our input about common misconceptions/confusing/misleading information guests have about Anne/the Summer Festival when they call in (i.e. is it an outdoor show, etc.) just to give them an idea of what they could be doing differently to market the show. They would also like to hear what is working and maybe some suggestions to make it better.
This is not a mandatory meeting - please don't show up if you aren't going to say anything. If you think you do have something to say, anything at all, then we certainly want you there. This is your opportunity to fix any miscommunication about the Summer Festival so that we do not have to continue to deal with 'surprises' next summer.
