Who: YOU!

What: Party, party, party.

When: Saturday, August 2nd. After Work.

Where: Alexander's House. 84 McGill Avenue.

Why: Good times.


This shindig will be commencing at approximately 9-10pm (21:00-22:00). BYOB - anything from G&Ts to boones to shine are acceptable. No judgments will be passed. I have a barbecue with a loaded propane tank. Bring some eats if you feel so inclined. Others are welcome to come along so long as they are A: cool and B: limited in number (i.e. don't bring the entire cast of Anne). Spare beds and couches along with some luxurious floor space will available for those who are spending the night. Spread the word, and see you there!

Maud Whitmore Scholarship Benefit Concert

Some crazy discussions occuring in the Box Office today have brought us to the idea of doing something for Maud Whitmore. Shad and I were thinking of some ideas, and here they are!

• magic act (terrible tricks, cliched, etc)
• retelling of hilarious phone room stories (tales from the box office, full reenacted)
• anne, asb, stompin tom, stones, all abridged, The Ballad of Stompin Anne Invasion 2: Stones in her Pocket.
• Craig LeClair wearing a dress*.
• Reading of the entire Great Gatsby, then backwards in chipmunk voices (not really)
• puppet show
• we could write a song?
• dramatic play about the daily life of a box officer, his or her struggles.

Any other suggestions are welcome, and everyone should get involved if we want to do something!!

Who's up for a good ole-fashioned trip to the moving picture theatre? I know most of us have probably seen The Dark Knight, but why not again!

New Fish!

I sincerly think we should invest in a new goldfish for the summer, for us newbies. The ones with the bubbley eyes have always intrigued me. Any other suggestions for fish?

We bought a fish, and we considered the name Darcy Campbell Soup the III.
